Calabar Gal - yes, the quotes could swing both ways, but you know something, in so far as men holds the power in society, women will always be worse off for such a joke. It is like when white people say, 'black people can be racist too'. yes, but does black racism have the same power as white racism? I don't think so. So this quote swing the other way works in the same way.
But I think you might be right, it could very well be a advertising ploy. I say good for them.
