Here is what they do, you get injured and need to get to the hospital; you get airlifted.  This is certainly a much needed service, as we all know, driving through Lagos traffic when critically ill could cost you your life! This happened to a friend of mine who got stuck in Lagos traffic and died traumatically from a sickle cell blood clot on his way to the hospital. This same situation also happened to the founder of the flying doctors sister!
