According to the daily trust this past saturday, "Zamfara State Governor, Alhaji Aliyu Shinkafi, yesterday in Minna wedded Aisha Babaginda, the first daughter of former military president, General Ibrahim Babangida in an elaborate ceremony attended by over ten governors and other political dignitaries. The wedding was officiated by the Chief Imam of Minna, Alhaji Abubakar Fari at the hilltop residence of the former military ruler at about 11am while former Chief of Army Staff, General Mohammed Wushishi who acted as the father of the day collected N100, 000 from the groom as the dowry." Definitely wishing her and her the governor of Zamfara a happy married life. Will she be first lady?
