lemme do some ITK (I too know) now..
@the question of whether it broke the show broke open or not...it made @ least 20 million naira in profit I guess...it was strictly by invite so no gate fees...the money was from donations and the show itself was complteley self financed by sponsors (Toyota Nigeria etc..)

Awesome show. I am ever so proud of African Designers.

It reinforces the need of a company such as dorothyduncan (www.bydorothyduncan.com) who specialise in merchandising fashions by African designers in Canada and North America. The first designers on their Roster are Kimila Afrika.

I previously blogged about him here and here now If you notice frm some of his pictures he is wearing a ring. Well so it is ladies, he is married to a lovely lady called Adjoa. They have two wonderful lovely daughters, J-dyl, three and J-ian, one.
