 They are being resentenced! They will be recommended eligible for parole immediately! 


The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office, under George Gascón, recommends resentencing for the Menendez brothers. This decision comes as part of a review focusing on new evidence, including allegations of sexual abuse by their father. The DA's announcement aligns with ongoing advocacy efforts and a broader reexamination of their convictions from over three decades ago.

They have two wonderful lovely daughters, J-dyl, three and J-ian, one.
