"The vampire is in town! LOL! Loving the gothic make up!" Miss Sahara wrote.

Iris Sahhara Henson, 29, formerly known as Oche, is a transgender male now living as a woman, after her sex change operation from male to female.

They have two wonderful lovely daughters, J-dyl, three and J-ian, one.
