Like it or not! Scott is the father of Kourtney Kardashian's son Mason. In what proved to be the final straw in the ongoing paternity saga  thanks to a claim by some model character, Scott Disick finally had a paternity test to prove that he is infact Mason's father.

Kourtney Kardashian is putting an end to apaternity lawsuit brought on by male modelMichael Girgenti, who claims that he is the father of her son, Mason.
According to lab test results, obtained exclusively by E! News, the results prove that Scott Disick is the father!
Kourtney tells E! News: "After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father. While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies—especially when the truth was never in doubt—this story must be put to rest."
The 34-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star's attorney Todd Wilson originally told E! News, "This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason. Scott Disick is Mason's father."

But the guy is not backing down so what next?
