hi naijagal. i actually worked at a Plato's Closet my final year in coollege last year and it was a fun and interesting experience. i can go in dept with how it was to work there but for now i'll tell you:

+it's a teen consignment shop
+you must know your target customers, what brands they buy, and what brands cost retail
+you should only buy brands that will sell and are in good condition with tags.
+hire people with strong style who know what works for others and how to sell. stylists.
+most important: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! i cannot stress it enough. the plato's where i worked was located walking distance from a high school in a nice part of town. Very successful pedestrian and vehicle traffic.

I previously blogged about him here and here now If you notice frm some of his pictures he is wearing a ring. Well so it is ladies, he is married to a lovely lady called Adjoa. They have two wonderful lovely daughters, J-dyl, three and J-ian, one.
