TWITTER WANTED INSTAGRAM BUT DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY THE COMPANY!

Did you know that Twitter tried Instagram but failed?



Well according to the New York Times report,
Mr. Systrom may have lost one connection in the deal: Mr. Dorsey of Twitter. His company, according to several people briefed on the matter, had expressed interest in buying Instagram in recent months. Mr. Dorsey once used Instagram daily to send photos to Twitter, but he has not been back since the deal was announced, perhaps a sign that he is not happy to see it in the hands of a competitor. A Twitter spokeswoman declined to comment.

While  Dorsey of twitter may seem a little bit upset at the purchase of Insta Gram by Facebook, he will of course get a nice return from he's from this $1 billion acquisition because he's was an early investor in instant gram. so when I see it he gets paid either way not a bad deal right?

They have two wonderful lovely daughters, J-dyl, three and J-ian, one.
